I wept for seven hundred years I meddled with a mortals life and paid for it with my tears.
We, immortals, who co-existed with God himself, had to keep to ourselves. Meddling with mortals was Gods business and, sometimes, the devils. And although we were to keep close watch on them and report to God, we were never to show ourselves to them or give them any reason to believe the there was such a thing as divine intervention.
After living many, many centuries, you find that nothing surprises you anymore because youve already seen it all. So you can imagine that the life of an immortal
